Job summary

Carbon Health in San Jose, CA is seeking a Primary Care Physician to join a nationwide network. The role offers a 4-day work week, no call, no weekends, and holidays off, enabling balance between professional and personal life while delivering patient-centered care with AI-powered tools.

As part of a high-performing team, you'll perform history and physicals, basic women's health, develop evidence-based plans, and supervise a team of MAs, PAs/NPs, with opportunities for clinical research across

Qualifications

  • Board-certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
  • Unrestricted DEA license.
  • Licensed to practice in your state.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct patient-focused history and physical exams.
  • Provide basic women’s health services, including Pap smears.
  • Develop evidence-based workups and treatment plans.
  • Care for adult patients (no pediatrics).
  • Interpret x-rays, labs, and EKGs.
  • Manage patient flow efficiently with Central Support assistance.
  • Provide leadership for your team of MAs and support staff.
  • Supervise assigned PAs/NPs.
  • Manage a patient panel with an emphasis on quality outcomes.
