Job summary

Carbon Health is hiring a Primary Care NP/PA in San Francisco for a full-time role. You will diagnose and treat adults, provide basic women’s health services, and collaborate with a high-performing team using the CarbyOS EHR.

Qualifications

• Certified NP or PA with an active state license.
• Current national certification and unrestricted DEA license.
• At least 1 year of primary care or similar clinical experience.
• Comfortable providing adult care and basic women’s health services.
• BLS certification is required before your first day.

Responsibilities

• Take thorough patient histories and physical examinations.
• Provide basic women’s health services, including Pap smears.
• Develop evidence-based workups and treatment plans.
• Care for adult patients (no pediatrics).
• Interpret X-rays, lab results, and EKGs.
• Manage patient flow with Central Support team assistance.
• Provide leadership for medical assistants and clinic staff.
• Consult supervising physicians as needed within scope of practice.
• Manage a patient panel with a focus on evidence-based care.
