Responsibilities

• Performs all aspects of patient care using evidence-based practice to optimize safety.
• Administers medications following the six rights and patient age/condition.
• Develops, updates and implements an individualized plan of care.
• Educates patients and families and documents responses to teaching.
• Participates in quality improvement activities and practice projects.
