A respected mediation firm is seeking a part-time Family Law paralegal to draft mediation agreements and support various family law cases remotely. Ideal candidates have a Juris Doctorate, at least 3 years of experience, and strong negotiation and legal research skills. This role offers competitive pay ranging from $70 to $100 per hour and provides opportunities for meaningful work in a flexible environment.

Responsibilities

• Draft mediation agreements and support related tasks.
• Handle high net worth divorces, annulments, child custody/support, prenuptial agreements, and adoption with proven experience.
• Demonstrate exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to resolve complex legal issues.
• Exhibit excellent interpersonal, communication, and public speaking skills.
• Show strong research and report writing skills.
• Work independently and as part of a team.
• Maintain a high degree of professionalism and confidentiality.
• Be detail-oriented with strong organizational and legal case management skills.
