A high-end mediation firm is seeking a part-time Family Law paralegal to draft mediation agreements and resolve complex legal issues. Candidates must have a Juris Doctorate and at least 3 years of Family Law paralegal experience. Remote work is available for those in California. A Bit About Us: Well respected family law mediation firm is looking for a part-time family law paralegal to help draft mediation agreements.

Job Details:

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Family Law paralegal.
• Must be licensed to practice law in the state.
• Proven experience in handling high net worth divorces, annulments, child custody/support, prenuptial agreements, and adoption.
• Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to resolve complex legal issues.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and public speaking skills.
• Strong research and report writing skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High degree of professionalism and respect for confidentiality.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and legal case management skills.
• Proficient in legal research software and Microsoft Office Suite.
