Job summary

Sage Haus LLC seeks a reliable House Manager / Family Assistant for a busy Topeka, KS home. The role covers meal planning, shopping, laundry, and household coordination for a family with young children. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 3:00–5:00 PM with some flexibility.

Compensation is $25–$27 per hour, 10–15 hours weekly, ASAP start. Candidate must be legally eligible to work in the United States, have a vehicle, and maintain up-to-date vaccines.

Qualifications

• Maintains a smoke-free environment.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license for errands with mileage reimbursement.
• COVID-19 and influenza vaccines up to date.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willing to obtain before start date.

Responsibilities

• Meal support: manage meal subscriptions, prepare dinners for the family and kids.
• Household organization: daily resets, prep for cleaning crew, and oversee storage areas.
• Laundry & linens: daily washing, folding, and organization; light ironing.
• Inventory & errands: manage supplies, deliveries, and miscellaneous errands.
