Qualificações

• Association with human services, social work, or related field preferred
• Ability to communicate effectively with families, staff and community
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required
• Understanding of cultural, ethnic, and socio-economic diversity among families
• Ability to work independently and take initiative

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain relationships with families, school staff and communities
• Address attendance barriers with families
• Provide direct intervention for chronically absent students and families
• Attend attendance meetings per state guidelines
• Create and monitor attendance plans including family support and student incentives
• Conduct home visits and collaborate with school leaders and families
• Coordinate with public agencies and neighborhood organizations
• Support district advocacy efforts and community engagement activities
• Maintain detailed records and timely documentation
