Sage Haus LLC. is seeking a part-time House Manager & Family Assistant in Lone Tree, CO. The role offers 10–15 hours per week across two weekdays, with a flexible 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM window.

Start date is ASAP. The family travels occasionally, and the position supports childcare as needed while managing household operations. The role focuses on reducing the family’s mental load, coordinating schedules, errands, and household logistics in a warm, private-home setting.

Formación

• CPR and First Aid certification is required.
• Vaccination requirements per CDC guidelines may apply.
• Reliable personal transportation is required.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Responsabilidades

• Provide gap childcare and backup coverage when the au pair is unavailable and assist with school pickups/drop-offs.
• Coordinate household logistics, scheduling, calendars, and family travel planning.
• Assist with meal prep, pantry stocking, and kitchen organization.
• Oversee laundry, linen care, and wardrobe preparation for travel.
• Prepare home for weekly cleaners, order supplies, and assist with donations and events.
