Job summary

Sage Haus is seeking a Household Manager / Family Assistant in Castle Pines, CO for a part-time role of 20–25 hours per week. The schedule runs Monday through Friday from 1:30 PM to 6:30 PM with a compensation range of $30–$35 per hour, depending on experience.

As the trusted organizer of a busy home, you will manage schedules, run errands, assist with meals, and provide light childcare support. The role requires reliability, a calm presence, and the ability to integrate into a dynamic family

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be comfortable around a small dog.
• Reliable transportation and a personal vehicle.
• First Aid and CPR certification preferred.
• EpiPen training preferred.
• Ability to maintain a smoke-free environment.

Responsibilities

• Household Organization & Maintenance: Create and maintain household organization systems; daily resets and light tidying; seasonal swaps; coordinate donations; maintain detectors; trash duties; operate iRobot vacuum.
• Inventory & Errands: Restock pantry and supplies; manage household orders and subscriptions; errands and gift shopping; mail handling; break down boxes.
• Meal Support: Plan and prepare 4 healthy weekly dinners/snacks; assist with meal prep; prep school lunches; grocery shopping and allergy awareness.
• Family Support: Afternoon pickups; light supervision; prep backpacks and gear; kid-related errands.
• Laundry & Linens: Wash/fold/organize laundry; ironing; linen rotation; maintain tidy laundry areas.
• Administrative Support: Calendar management and weekly schedule in Family Google Sheet.
• Special Projects: Occasional organization projects and seasonal gear rotation.
• Pet Care: Let dog out, maintain pet supplies.
