Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience with young children, including toddlers and infants.
Ability to lift and safely secure young children in and out of car seats.
Reliable personal transportation to and from the job (family vehicle with car seats provided for driving).
CPR certified, or willing to become certified prior to start.
Ability to maintain a smoke-free environment.
Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

Manage the full Monday–Friday afternoon pickup routine for both children, adhering to strict pickup windows and transitions home for dinner (meal timing by 5:45 PM).
Provide warm, engaged evening care for both children through the end of the shift.
Handle diaper changes and routine care for the younger child.
Provide flexible sick-day childcare coverage within the regular schedule when a child is home sick.
