• Maintain office hours as directed by the chair or program director.
• Make student accommodations per the Office of Student Accessibility Services.
• Adhere to instructional policies as published in the Faculty Handbook and Courses of Study Bulletin.

Trinity University is seeking a Part-Time Faculty for the Spring 2027 semester to teach the following courses:

PHIL-3431-1: Philosophy of Mind,
EITHER: PHIL-1301-1: Knowledge, Reality, and the Good Life
OR: PHIL 1354-1: Ethics

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Developing the course syllabus and ensuring that the syllabus meets departmental and University standards
• Designing and delivering lectures, discussions, in-class activities, and assignments
• Grading assigned papers, quizzes, and exams
• Assigning early, midterm, and final grades in compliance with University deadlines
• Maintaining office hours as directed by the department chair or program director
• Making student accommodations as determined by the Office of Student Accessibility Services
• Adhering to all instructional policies as published in the Faculty Handbook and the Courses of Study Bulletin

APPOINTMENT DETAILS

This position is a non-renewable, one-semester appointment.
