Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications: Master’s degree in Historic Preservation, Historical Administration, Public History, or Cultural Resources/Heritage Management; or Master’s degree in a closely related field with at least 18 graduate credits in Historic Preservation, Historical Administration, Public History, or Cultural Resources/Heritage Management.
• Documented professional experience in historic preservation and/or public history.
• Preferred: Prior community college teaching experience.

Bucks County Community College invites applications for a Part‑Time Faculty position to teach HIST201: Building Conservation during the Fall 2026 semester. We are seeking an enthusiastic, student‑focused educator with expertise in historic preservation and building conservation who is committed to providing high‑quality instruction in an engaging and inclusive learning environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching:

• HIST201: Building Conservation

Minimum Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Historic Preservation, Historical Administration, Public History, or Cultural Resources/Heritage Management; or
• Master’s degree in a closely related field from an accredited institution with at least 18 graduate credits in Historic Preservation, Historical Administration, Public History, or Cultural Resources/Heritage Management.
• Documented professional experience in historic preservation and/or public history.

Preferred Qualification

• Prior community college teaching experience
