Job summary

Foxtrot Aviation Services is seeking dedicated, safety-focused individuals for a part-time role at Middle Georgia Regional Airport (MCN). Evening shifts are Mon-Fri 6:00pm–11:30pm with rotating weekends.

Responsibilities include detailed cleaning, sanitizing restrooms and common areas, waste disposal, and maintaining hygiene standards while adhering to safety policies. Candidates must pass a 10-year background check and drug test, hold a valid driver’s license with reliable transportation, and

• Must pass a 10‑year background check and obtain airport badging.
• Must pass a drug test (recreational marijuana not allowed).
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Capable of bending, twisting, and lifting; perform general manual labor.
• Enjoy custodial work and maintain cleanliness standards.
• Veterans must provide DD214 discharge information if applicable.

• General cleaning: sweeping, mopping, dusting, sanitizing surfaces, restrooms, and common areas.
• Empty and dispose of waste and recycling bins properly.
• Disinfect common areas such as bathrooms, break rooms, and kitchens.
• Disinfect high-touch surfaces; monitor and replenish supplies.
• Follow safety policies and report hazards to supervisors.
• Communicate scheduling needs with supervisor and team.
• Verify hours worked before payroll cycle for accurate pay.
• Cooperate with team to meet daily goals and priorities.

We service a wide variety of aircraft and facilities both large and small! This position is based out of Middle Georgia Regional Airport (MCN); our company is continually growing, and we need candidates who meet and exceed our expectations of becoming the nation’s leading aircraft detailing and facility support company!

Job Description:

Shift schedule:

Monday- Friday 6:00pm - 11:30 pm , with rotating weekends availability needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• High level of detailing in an upscale facility.
• Perform general cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces, restrooms, and common areas ensuring a high level of hygiene.
• Empty and properly dispose of waste and recycling bins throughout the facility.
• Clean and disinfect common areas such as bathrooms, break rooms, kitchenettes, and meeting rooms.
• Wipe down and disinfect high-touch surfaces, including doorknobs, light switches, and handrails.
• Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies, ensuring that all necessary products are available for use.
• Adhere to all internal and customer safety policies. Report any hazards, injuries, or concerns promptly to supervisors.

Communication:

• Effectively communicate scheduling needs to your supervisor and maintain open lines of communication with co-workers, supervisors, and on-site management.

Attendance:

• Follow Foxtrot handbook policy 605 on attendance, ensuring consistent and reliable presence at work.

Quality Assurance:

• Ensure that all cleaning tasks consistently meet the quality expectations of the station, taking pride in your work.

Time Management:

• Verify hours worked before the end of each payroll cycle to ensure accurate compensation.

Training Compliance:

• Complete all required training as mandated by Foxtrot Aviation to stay updated on best practices and safety procedures.

Team Collaboration:

• Cooperate with team members and supervisors to understand priorities, timelines, and daily goals, contributing to a positive work environment.

$18.50 per hour
