Foxtrot Aviation Services at Salina Regional Airport is seeking a CIC Removal Specialist - Aircraft Detailer. This full-time role focuses on removing corrosion inhibitors from aircraft stringers and interiors, with additional exterior detailing and floorboard work.

The job requires high attention to detail, physical endurance, and flexibility with hours. Pay is $18.00 per hour, with medical, life, dental, 401(k) and PTO benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be able to pass a 10 year background check and obtain airport badging.
• Must be able to pass a drug test, including recreational marijuana.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Capable of bending, twisting, lifting and using buffers for extended periods.
• Perform general manual labor.
• Fear of heights.
• Open availability and scheduling flexibility.
• Veterans must provide DD214 if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Clean and detail customer facilities and aircraft.
• Detail interior: galley, cockpit, seating, carpet, lavatories.
• Detail exterior: wipe, buff aircraft surfaces.
• Use hand scrubbers to remove CIC.
• Scrap and clean floorboards; remove installations.
• Replace sheet metal as needed.
• Work with high detail while standing, crouching, or lying down 8–10 hours daily.
• Must be medically cleared to wear N-100 respirator in hot environments.
• Communicate well and be reliable; occasional overtime.

Foxtrot Aviation Services is looking for dedicated, energetic, quality and safety focused individuals to join our ever-growing family!

Based at Salina Regional Airport, we are seeking a consistently hard-working technician to help remove Corrosion Inhibiting Compound (CIC) from aircraft stringers, structures, and belly underneath the floorboards. Additional CIC removal will be performed in the landing gear and behind the wings.

Part Time on Call Detailer, Paid periods and work hours are subjected to change based on aircrafts availability 7:00 am – 3:30 pm, weekend availability and flexibility needed.

• You will be responsible for the cleaning and detailing of our customer’s facility and aircraft!
• Aircraft interior services include but are not limited to the cleaning and disinfection of the galley, cockpit, seating areas, carpet, as well as the lavatories.
• Aircraft exterior services include but are not limited to detailing the exterior of the aircraft, wiping, buffing and much more!?
• Use hand scrubbers to remove Corrosion Inhibiting Compound
• Non-Licenses Technician Work, scrapping and cleaning of floorboards.
• Removal of installation
• Replacing of sheet metal.
• Working with a high level of detail while standing, crouching, or lying down 8 to 10 hours per day
• Medically cleared to wear an N-100 respirator and perform highly physical work in high temperatures
• The candidate needs to be highly reliable
