• The Maintenance Assistant will maintain grounds, facility, and equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
• Assist the Maintenance Supervisor with supervising maintenance tasks and personnel.
• Coordinate daily maintenance services with nursing services where needed.
• Ensure safety equipment is used and hazards are reported.
• Maintain MSDS records and proper labeling/storage of hazardous materials.
• Report hazardous conditions to the Director.
• Assist in developing and standardizing maintenance procedures.
