Job summary

Regency Integrated Health Services is seeking a Maintenance Assistant for Windsor Nursing and Rehabilitation Center of Seguin, Seguin, TX. The role focuses on maintaining grounds, facility, and equipment to meet safety standards under the supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor.

You will supervise daily maintenance tasks, coordinate with nursing services, ensure PPE use and MSDS compliance, and report hazards to the Director.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid Driver’s License required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Maintenance Supervisor with duties including supervising maintenance tasks.
• Coordinate daily maintenance services with nursing services in resident areas.
• Submit accident/incident reports to the director on the shift in which they occurred.
• Ensure safety equipment is used and MSDSs are properly maintained and labeled.
