Qualifications

• One year experience in building maintenance is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs routine maintenance and repair to keep the building and equipment in good working order.
• Monitors building renovations done by contractors.
• Maintains and repairs HVAC, refrigerators, washers, and dryers.
• Conducts routine inspection of fire control equipment.
• Coordinates/documents monthly fire drills.
