KO Storage is seeking a Facility Maintenance Manager to support maintenance across our self-storage facilities. This hands-on role requires a jack-of-all-trades approach, troubleshooting repairs, upkeep, and safety, with collaboration from the District Manager.

The position is 20 hours per week, with some weekends or holidays, and will split time between locations as needed. A valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proficiency with Microsoft Office are required.

Competenze

• Experience in field service and general maintenance is required.
• Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair and service equipment as described.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Must have a valid driver's license, insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office is expected.

Mansioni

• Conduct facility visits to identify areas for improvement and address maintenance, safety, and security concerns.
• Perform routine inspections, minor repairs, and upkeep across KO Storage facilities.
• Document interactions and site findings, including photos or videos as needed.
• Communicate with tenants in a timely, professional manner regarding issues with units or facilities.
• Coordinate with the District Manager to troubleshoot and support maintenance needs.
