Job summary

KO Storage is seeking a Facility Maintenance Manager to oversee maintenance across assigned locations in Bethany and Del City. This role is hands-on, coordinating with the District Manager to address repairs, safety, and cleanliness at self-storage facilities.

The position requires scheduling 35 hours/week with possible weekends/holidays and travel between sites. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required, with benefits including health, dental, and 401K matching.

Qualifications

• Field service and maintenance experience with a hands-on approach.
• Strong troubleshooting and repair capability across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and basic carpentry.
• Clear communication skills and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct facility visits to identify maintenance and safety improvements.
• Perform routine inspections and minor repairs on HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Complete walk-through reports and document tenant interactions and site findings.
• Maintain facility security, grounds, and equipment, with timely tenant communications.
