Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with painting interior/exterior and basic maintenance tasks.
• Familiarity with groundskeeping and property upkeep preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform interior and exterior painting of walls, doors, trim and common areas.
• Assist with landscaping, lawn care, and grounds maintenance.
• Maintain outdoor walkways, entrances and resident spaces.
• Complete minor repairs and keep tools organized.
• Report issues to Maintenance Director or Administrator.
