Job summary

Flexible Metal, a Hyspan Company, is seeking a dedicated Facility Custodian in Tucker, GA for part-time hours. You will maintain a clean office, shop floor, and grounds, supporting production as needed and ensuring safety and organization.

Responsibilities include cleaning restrooms, breakrooms, offices, grounds upkeep, and general warehouse support. Candidates should be detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; not required.
• Prior custodial or janitorial experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to safely operate a lawnmower and leaf blower (training provided if needed).
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Skills: time management, attention to detail, and basic knowledge of cleaning equipment and chemical safety.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize two men's and two women's restrooms, including restocking supplies.
• Deep clean breakroom and office kitchenette; clean appliances.
• Maintain a clean sink/dish area; vacuum, dry-mop, dust, and empty trash.
• Organize common areas and storage/ supply closets as needed.
• Operate lawnmower and leaf blower; maintain grounds and report hazards.
• Keep aisles clear; assist with warehouse cleanup and production support.
