Job summary

Medina Co is seeking a Cleaning Technician to perform routine building cleaning under the direction of a Cleaning Supervisor. Tasks include cleaning restrooms, stairwells, windows, entryways, hallways and performing floor care with vacuums and scrubbing/buffing machines. Must be a high school graduate with a valid Ohio driver’s license, clean driving record and proof of insurance.

Travel within Medina County may be required. Rate is $16.50/hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Ohio driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Proof of adequate insurance.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning of restrooms, stairwells, windows, entryways, hallways and floors.
• Move furniture to access vents/floorboards; dust walls, ceilings and light fixtures.
• Disinfect restrooms and replenish supplies; handle cleaning chemicals safely.
