Marsden Services, L.L.C. is seeking a Facilities Technician to join our Baltimore, MD team. This position offers 30 hours per week at a pay range of $26.00 to $32.00 per hour, with a permanent part-time status.

The role requires a high school diploma and a 2-year technical degree or equivalent work experience, plus four years of building maintenance experience. Expect on-site duties and collaborative work with vendor teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Two-year technical degree or equivalent work experience.
• Four years of multi-family or commercial building maintenance experience.
• Intermediate computer skills including email, time-entry, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventative maintenance to meet standards and laws.
• Prioritize and complete work orders within 48 hours.
• Perform basic HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and fixture repairs.
• Maintain inventory of tools and supplies and assist in training new technicians.
