Job summary

Marsden Services, L.L.C. in Baltimore is seeking a Facilities Technician to cover 30 hours per week, Monday–Friday, 9am–3pm, at our Baltimore properties.

Responsibilities include installation, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance across HVAC, electrical, carpentry, plumbing, fixtures, and appliances, ensuring compliance with company standards and applicable laws. You will schedule and complete work orders within 48 hours and assist in training junior technicians.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2-year technical degree or equivalent work experience.
• Four years multi-family or commercial building maintenance or equivalent experience.
• Must provide own hand tools: hammer, screwdrivers, pliers, wrenches, etc.

Responsibilities

• Perform equipment installation, troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance to meet standards and laws.
• Schedule, prioritize, and ensure timely completion (48 hours) of all work orders.
• Complete basic repairs related to HVAC, electrical, carpentry, plumbing, appliances, and windows.
• Assist in prioritizing work orders and monitoring maintenance of buildings and equipment.
• Perform all site-level preventive maintenance inspections and duties assigned.
