Job summary

MOSI in Tampa is seeking an Assistant Manager of Campus Facilities: Part-Time to handle building maintenance tasks across electrical, lighting, plumbing, painting, masonry and carpentry. You will ensure safe, efficient operations and keep detailed maintenance logs.

The role requires hands-on maintenance, coordination with vendors, and capability to work weekends and events while delivering reliable facility support to campus tenants.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; trade certification preferred.
• Three to five years in commercial/industrial facilities maintenance preferred.
• Experience with electrical, plumbing, carpentry and masonry trades.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and repair electrical systems and components.
• Perform carpentry installations and repairs.
• Conduct routine maintenance on plumbing and lighting.
• Maintain doors, hardware, and fixtures.
• Support safety compliance and maintain records.
• Assist with event setups and volunteer supervision.
• Provide on-site maintenance support for tenants.
