Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize restrooms, offices, common areas, and other facility spaces.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and empty trash.
• Perform basic building maintenance and minor repairs.
• Replace light bulbs, air filters, and other routine maintenance items.
• Monitor building for maintenance needs and report issues.
• Maintain outdoor areas, including light landscaping and litter removal as needed.
• Ensure cleaning supplies and maintenance equipment are organized and stocked.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
