Job summary

YMCA of the Triangle in Clayton, NC is seeking a Maintenance Technician I to support branch and campus facilities, perform minor repairs, manage inventory, and oversee maintenance tasks and vendor coordination.

The role provides leadership to maintenance and housekeeping teams, coordinates with vendors, and ensures timely completion of preventive maintenance while upholding YMCA safety standards.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean branch facility, interior and exterior areas.
• Lead maintenance/housekeeping tasks and coordinate repairs.
• Supervise maintenance staff and coordinate with vendors.
• Manage maintenance requests and inventory of supplies.
• Occasionally work off-hours to support events and emergencies.
