Qualifications

• Two years of coursework from a technical or vocational school in construction, HVAC, plumbing, and electronics.
• Three years of experience performing maintenance and repair work for commercial buildings and grounds.
• Equivalent combination of training and experience meeting the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
• Valid State Driver's license with a clean driving record.
