• Complete appropriate work orders for facility maintenance.

• Perform both general and routine maintenance, as well as troubleshoot minor maintenance problems, including electrical, structural, plumbing, and equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete appropriate work orders for facility maintenance

Physical/Other Requirements

• Lifting of a minimum of 50 pounds
