Qualifications

• High School diploma is required or preferred.
• Knowledge of laundry/housekeeping/maintenance procedures.
• Experience in long-term care is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Performs regular, scheduled safety inspections.
• Follows Life Safety and Preventative Maintenance tasks as required by federal, state, local regulations.
• Prepares a monthly maintenance schedule based on calendar days.
• Maintains documentation of maintenance activities and replacement parts.
• Keeps logs and records per Life Safety Manual and OSHA requirements.
• Assists in daily rounds and prioritizes work orders submitted via the TELS system.
