Job summary

CCS Facility Services is seeking a part-time Janitor in Houston, TX. The role focuses on keeping interiors clean, organized, and disinfected across offices, hallways, and common areas. Duties include vacuuming, mopping, trash disposal, restocking supplies, and reporting unsafe conditions.

The position requires the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, follow safety protocols, and close doors at night. Ideal candidates are punctual, dependable, and capable of long shifts when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Clean interior of buildings including floors, carpets, windows and walls.
• Vacuum, sweep, mop floors in offices, rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, elevators, stairs, locker rooms.
• Disinfect desks, door handles, office tools and phones; maintain restrooms and replenish supplies; clean windows and mirrors.
• Empty trash/recycling; maintain inventory of cleaning supplies; report maintenance needs.
