Job summary

CCS Facility Services is seeking a part-time Janitor in Manor, TX to keep the facility clean, organized, and disinfected. Responsibilities include cleaning interior floors, vacuuming, windows, restrooms, trash removal, and maintaining stock of cleaning supplies.

The role requires lifting up to 50 pounds, attention to safety, punctuality, dependability, and ability to follow instructions. Work environment is indoor with moderate noise; some outdoor cleanup as needed.

Responsibilities

• Clean interior of buildings: floors, carpets, rugs, windows and walls; general duties.
• Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors in offices, rooms, hallways, lobbies, and common areas.
• Clean stains from chairs and upholstered furniture; dust furniture and fixtures.
• Disinfect desks, door handles, office tools, and phones; maintain restrooms and replenish supplies.
• Wash and clean windows and mirrors; empty trash and recycling containers to disposal area.
• Remove trash and snow from sidewalks as needed; monitor inventory of cleaning supplies.
• Notify supervisors of unsafe conditions; maintain a cleaning chart and follow safety rules.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and close doors at end of night shift.
