Job summary

LexisNexis Legal & Professional is seeking an Expert Witness Research Analyst for a part-time role (20 hours/week). You will conduct Testimonial History and Party History research using court records and legal research tools, manage requests, and communicate with customers to meet quality and turnaround targets.

The position requires a JD or paralegal cert, knowledge of the US court system, strong research and writing skills, and proficiency in Windows, MS Office, and Lexis Advance or Lexis+.

Qualifications

• JD or paralegal certification or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of the US court system and legal terminology.
• Strong research and written communication skills.
• Available to work 20 hours per week on weekdays.
• Proficient with Windows, MS Office, and online research.
• Experience with Lexis Advance or Lexis+ is advantageous.

Responsibilities
