Job summary

TEAM in Washington state is seeking part-time Promotional Specialists to represent our client’s brand at events, engage with consumers and build brand affinity.

You will execute themed events at local venues, work with the Regional Manager, distribute materials, collect recaps and photos, and help grow client membership. This role requires 18+, reliable transportation, access to a smartphone, and the hourly rate is $40; compensation may vary by market and program.

Qualifications

• Fun, friendly and outgoing personality.
• Previous experience working marketing events, as a Brand Ambassador or Promo Model preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must have access to a smartphone.

Responsibilities

• Execute fun, themed, interactive events with consumers at local events, retail spaces, restaurants, bars and other special events as needed.
• Work with the designated Regional Manager who will assign each event, train and report results
• Encourage consumers to engage and participate in activations
• Distribute marketing materials, promotional items or additional collateral and products provided
• Articulate best practices and trends back to the Regional Manager via recaps and event photos
• Build brand awareness and help increase client members
• Assist in event setup / breakdown of promotional assets
