BrightStar Care is seeking dedicated in-home Caregivers to provide compassionate care across Westside Cuyahoga County and surrounding communities. We offer flexible scheduling, steady client assignments, and opportunities for career growth.

Join BrightStar Care for full-time, part-time, or PRN roles with AM/PM/Night shifts. Expect competitive pay, weekly pay, training, and strong clinical support from RN oversight.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum one year of caregiving experience preferred.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsabilidades

• Assist clients with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting and personal hygiene.
• Provide mobility assistance, transfers and ambulation support.
• Prepare meals and provide medication reminders.
• Perform light housekeeping, laundry and household organization.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Accompany clients to appointments and community activities as needed.
• Observe and report changes in client condition to the care team.
• Follow individualized care plans and agency protocols.

Schedule Include:

• Someone who can work Fulltime
• Different shifts are available (AM, PM, Night shift)
• Minimum 0f 36-40 hours per week
• We are lookin for someone ready for on call
• Someone who has high Flexibility in terms of Schedule and Location
• Should be available to work in the west part of Cleveland.

What You'll Do

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum one year of caregiving, home care, assisted living, or direct care experience preferred
• HHA, STNA, CNA, or Nursing Assistant training preferred
• Current CPR certification
• Negative TB test or chest x-ray
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and assist with client mobility
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently while following client care plans
• Ability to maintain HIPAA compliance and confidentiality
