Elizabethtown College is seeking an Adjunct Instructor-Exercise Science to teach ESC 140 Sport Medicine in-person in Spring 2027, with potential future terms based on needs. Qualifications

• MS or doctoral degree in Exercise Science or related field.
• Professional certification from NSCA, ACSM, or NATA.
• At a minimum, be able to teach sport medicine and health and wellness promotion.

Responsibilities

• Teach material from the approved curriculum for ESC 140 Sport Medicine.
• Prepare and implement weekly lessons and labs, communicating with students via email and announcements.
• Provide grades and grade feedback in a timely fashion.
• Advise students in matters related to academics and attendance.
• Motivate students to participate in all aspects of the educational process.
• Maintain and report student grades and attendance per university policies.
• Other duties as assigned.
