Security Industry Specialists, Inc. is seeking an Off-Duty Officer to provide a safe and secure environment for the client in Syracuse, NY. The ODO focuses on advanced planning, threat assessment, and problem-solving, with protection across on-site and residential settings as needed.

The role reports to the Operations Manager and offers $40 per hour, part-time hours, and benefits such as Paid Time Off. There is potential for travel up to 50% and opportunities for professional growth.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Three plus years of law enforcement experience.
• Active/retired law enforcement.
• POST certification.
• Active CCW and Exposed Firearms permits.
• Proof of annual firearms requalification OR annual firearms training course.
• Complete and maintain state guard certification as prescribed by presiding state law, as well as all client-requested certification; all documentation and fees are the responsibility of the employee unless otherwise noted
• Must be a dependable team player with business maturity and enthusiasm, with the ability to deliver a high level of customer service
• Domestic and/or International Travel up to 50% of time may be required
• Have flexibility to work any shifts on any day of the week (Mon-Sun) and willingness to assist the team with overtime when needed

• Perform other related duties as required
