Crisis24 is seeking an Executive Protection Agent to support high-profile clients in a private strategic security role in Houston. This part-time opportunity offers growth into full-time roles as openings arise, with a focus on vigilance, discretion, and elite operational discipline.

You will provide executive protection, assess threats, monitor security systems, and coordinate with facilities management while upholding professional standards and client confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Valid Guard Card and firearm permit.
• TX Level III and Level IV licenses.
• U.S. Passport and valid Driver's License.
• AED/CPR certification and security training.
• Completion of Residential Security or Executive Protection Academy.
• Background check and drug screening; pre-employment PRT.

Responsibilities

• Provide visible executive protection and professional presence.
• Act as first responder to security threats, including active shooter scenarios.

Your Mission

As an Executive Protection Agent, you will be a critical component of our executive protection and emergency response framework. You will operate with precision and professionalism, ensuring the safety of personnel, property, and proprietary information. Your responsibilities include:

• Executive Protection & Presence: Provide a visible, reassuring security presence for executives and staff, while delivering exceptional customer service.
• Threat Response: Act as a first responder to security threats, including active shooter scenarios, within the client's office suite.
• Security Systems Oversight: Monitor and inspect physical security infrastructure; locks, cameras, access control systems to ensure operational integrity.
• Incident Reporting: Produce detailed, timely reports on security incidents and maintain clear communication with GSPS leadership.
• Advance & Support Operations: Assist protective agents in field operations, including advanced walkthroughs, secure transportation, and body coverage.
• Protocol Enforcement: Enforce company policies regarding access, photography, and sensitive areas with professionalism and authority.
• Emergency Protocol Execution: Follow GSPS protocols during emergencies, prioritizing the safety of executives, staff, and guests.
• Area Sweeps & Surveillance: Conduct regular security sweeps and live monitoring of surveillance systems.
• Team Integration: Collaborate with visiting security teams and facilities management to ensure seamless protective operations.

What You Bring

Experience

• Executive Protection, Emergency Response Teams (ERT), Protective Security Detail (PSD), or Residential Security Teams (RST).

Certifications & Credentials

• Valid Guard Card & Firearm Permit (concealed and/or exposed)
• TX Level III and IV licenses
• U.S. Passport & Driver's License
• American Heart Association BLS Provider OR HeartSaver CPR/AED/First Aid Certification
• Completion of Residential Security or Executive Protection Academy
• Background Investigation & Drug Screening
• Passing a pre-employment Physical Readiness Test (PRT)

Preferred Qualifications
