Job summary

Crisis24 is seeking an Executive Protection Agent to join our Private Strategic Group. This part-time role focuses on delivering elite protection, threat response, and secure operations for executives and staff, with potential growth to full-time where available.

You will work in a dynamic security environment, applying a high level of discretion, situational awareness, and professional conduct while coordinating with field teams and facilities management.

Qualifications

Executive Protection, Emergency Response Teams, Protective Security Detail, or Residential Security Teams experience preferred.
Completion of required licenses/certifications listed under Certifications & Credentials.
Strong judgment, situational awareness, and discretion are essential.

Responsibilities

Provide visible executive protection presence and exceptional service for executives and staff.
Act as first responder to security threats, including active shooter scenarios, within the client’s office suite.
Monitor and inspect physical security infrastructure and access control systems for operational integrity.
Produce detailed, timely security incident reports and communicate with GSPS leadership.
Assist protective agents in field operations, including advanced walkthroughs and secure transportation.
Enforce company policies on access, photography, and sensitive areas with professionalism.
Follow GSPS emergency protocols prioritizing safety of executives, staff, and guests.
Conduct security sweeps and live monitoring of surveillance systems.
Collaborate with visiting security teams and facilities management for seamless operations.

Your Mission

As an Executive Protection Agent, you will be a critical component of our executive protection and emergency response framework. You will operate with precision and professionalism, ensuring the safety of personnel, property, and proprietary information. Your responsibilities include:

Executive Protection & Presence: Provide a visible, reassuring security presence for executives and staff, while delivering exceptional customer service.
Threat Response: Act as a first responder to security threats, including active shooter scenarios, within the client’s office suite.
Security Systems Oversight: Monitor and inspect physical security infrastructure; locks, cameras, access control systems to ensure operational integrity.
Incident Reporting: Produce detailed, timely reports on security incidents and maintain clear communication with GSPS leadership.
Advance & Support Operations: Assist protective agents in field operations, including advanced walkthroughs, secure transportation, and body coverage.
Protocol Enforcement: Enforce company policies regarding access, photography, and sensitive areas with professionalism and authority.
Emergency Protocol Execution: Follow GSPS protocols during emergencies, prioritizing the safety of executives, staff, and guests.
Area Sweeps & Surveillance: Conduct regular security sweeps and live monitoring of surveillance systems.
Team Integration: Collaborate with visiting security teams and facilities management to ensure seamless protective operations.

What You Bring

Experience

Executive Protection, Emergency Response Teams (ERT), Protective Security Detail (PSD), or Residential Security Teams (RST).

Certifications & Credentials:

Valid Guard Card & Firearm Permit (concealed and/or exposed)
TX Level III and IV licenses
U.S. Passport & Driver’s License
American Heart Association BLS ProviderORHeartSaver CPR/AED/First Aid Certification
Completion of Residential Security or Executive Protection Academy
Background Investigation & Drug Screening
Passing a pre-employment Physical Readiness Test (PRT)
