Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable and organized Executive/Personal Assistant who is a self-starter to support a busy executive in both professional and personal tasks. The ideal candidate will be resourceful, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage the executive's calendar, including scheduling meetings and appointments.
  • Handle email correspondence, draft communications, and prepare documents.
  • Assist with travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
  • Manage personal tasks such as household organization, errands, and personal appointments.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as needed to ensure the executive’s day runs smoothly.

Qualifications:

  • Self-Starter: Demonstrated ability to take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision. Proactively identifies tasks, solves problems, and takes ownership of projects from start to finish.
  • Motivation: Strong work ethic with a results-driven mindset. Capable of setting goals and consistently meeting deadlines.
  • Adaptability: Able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, quickly learning and applying new skills as needed.
  • Critical Thinking: Strong analytical and decision-making abilities, with a focus on finding efficient and effective solutions.
  • Bilingual (a plus): High proficiency in speaking, reading, writing both English & Spanish.
  • Experience: Proven experience as an executive or personal assistant.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic familiarity with office equipment.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Dependability: Reliable and punctual, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attitude: Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
