Job summary

Penn State Beaver is seeking a part-time exam proctor for the Student Disability Resources office. A Bachelor's degree is required, and prior exam proctoring experience is preferred. Hours vary between 8:00 a.m.

- 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Proctors assist with providing academic accommodations to students with disabilities. Responsibilities include administering quizzes and exams, handling paper exams, reading exams or providing a scribe, monitoring behavior, and ensuring confidentiality

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Prior experience with exam proctoring is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer quizzes and exams to college students.
• Handle paper exams/quizzes before and after testing times.
• Read exams to students or act as a scribe as needed.
• Monitor student behavior during exams and maintain academic integrity.
• Communicate with students, faculty, and Student Disability Resources staff.
• Maintain confidentiality of students receiving accommodations.
