Job summary

Huntington Learning Center in Lakeland, FL is seeking a part-time EP Coordinator to support our 20-year Exam Prep program. You will work with parents and students, review progress, and help guide the program's next steps.

Responsibilities include managing inquiries, conducting progress meetings, scheduling retests, and coordinating EP activities while ensuring a warm, personal approach. This role offers training and growth within a supportive community.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1-5 years of education, customer-facing, or management experience preferred.
• Comfortable presenting student progress data to parents.
• Warm, organized communicator with strong follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular conferences with parents and students to review progress.
• Review testing data to guide conversations with parents.
• Follow up with families after conferences and inquiries.
• Schedule and conduct retests; communicate results to families.
• Field inquiries and conduct intakes for EP families.
• Grade and analyze testing results; support promotions and outreach.
• Manage new-start programming and tuition collection.
• Maintain schedules and staffing for the EP program.
• Train part-time EP teachers and run teacher meetings.
• Answer phones, respond to emails, and process payments.
• Conduct exit calls and support referrals.
