Responsibilities

• Represent the Hoosier Lottery brand at events, promoting a positive player experience.
• Operate promotional games and activities, such as wheel spins and giveaways.
• Sell and redeem lottery tickets at sponsored events.
• Award prizes and verify tickets for winners.
• Manage inventory and cash at events.
• Assist with setup and teardown of event equipment.
• Ensure security, safety, and adherence to policies.
• Support Regional Promotions Specialists during events.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
• Ability to complete training within 60 days.
• Availability for weekends, evenings, holidays, and the Indiana State Fair (late July–late August).
• Physical ability to lift at least 25 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Navigation skills and money management accuracy.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer service experience preferred.
