Job description

Job Title: Part-time Event & Brand Ambassador

The Part-time Event & Brand Ambassador represents the face, voice, and attitude of the Hoosier Lottery brand at special events and sponsorship activations to promote a positive player experience.

Responsibilities

1. Operate all promotional games and activities (e.g., wheel spin, giveaways).
2. Sell and redeem Hoosier Lottery Scratch-off and draw game tickets at sponsored events.
3. Award monetary and non-monetary prizes to winners.
4. Perform ticket validations for sellers and players.
5. Verify inventory and cash at event opening and closing.
6. Assist with setup and teardown of promotional equipment.
7. Uphold security, safety, and integrity policies.
8. Support Regional Promotions Specialists at retailer events.
9. Perform other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to complete required training within 60 days.
• Availability to work weekends, afternoons, evenings, and some holidays, including the Indiana State Fair.
• Physical ability to lift at least 25 lbs. and stand for long periods.
• Ability to use navigation systems and manage transactions accurately.
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain composure.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
