Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Assist in event-day preparation and execution.
• Direct entry into venues, verify wristbands and badges, scan tickets.
• Explain policies and procedures of venues and events to guests.
• Greet guests warmly and provide directions or assistance to enhance their experience.
• Maintain a friendly, clear communication style with guests throughout shifts.
