Job summary

Advantage Solutions is seeking a Part Time Shift Coordinator for Costco in Mount Laurel, NJ. You will assist with daily store operations, including opening/closing for events, and promote product education through demonstrations. You will support safety, cleanliness, and customer engagement while working 2-3 shifts weekly.

No prior experience required; training provided. Benefits include customizable medical/dental/vision plans and employee perks.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older and able to work 2-3 shifts per week, including weekends.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for up to 6 hours.
• Comfortable preparing, cooking, and cleaning work area and equipment.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with clients and team.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily store operations, including opening and closing for events.
• Support safety, sanitation, and daily safety inspections; ensure store standards.
• Engage Costco members through product demonstrations and education.
• Assist with setup and removal of carts, equipment and supplies for demos.
