Job summary

University of North Dakota is seeking a part-time, non-benefited role for students to handle daily event set-ups, manage technical requirements, and maintain clean, organized spaces within Memorial Union. Qualifications

• Ability to work with diverse groups.
• Enrolled in a minimum of 1 credit for the employed academic semester.
• Successful completion of a Criminal History Background Check.

Responsibilities

• Complete all daily event set-ups, technical requirements, furniture, equipment, etc.
• Relay all pertinent information/issues to staff members as appropriate
• Assist with daily event management
• Maintain orderly appearance in all storage areas
• Responsible for appearance/cleanliness of public spaces and meeting rooms
• Conduct regular inventory of setup equipment
• Cooperative spirit in working with peers, supervisors, building partners, and guests
• Must wear protective safety equipment, including (at a minimum) closed-toed shoes, belted pants, and proper Memorial Union uniform
