Job summary

Qualifications

• One (1) year of related paid experience in customer service.
• Six (6) months of paid or volunteer experience in a professional special events environment.
• Six (6) months previous experience using forklifts, telehandlers and scissor lifts preferred.
• California driver's license and FCZ Drivers Training Program requirement.

Responsibilities

• Sets up and breaks down events, including tables, chairs, lighting and equipment.
• Assists with installation of seasonal exhibitions on-site and off-site as needed.
• Provides excellent customer service and interacts with guests throughout events.
• May operate forklifts/telehandlers/scissor lifts when trained.
• Maintains equipment and assists with vendor logistics as needed.
