The Priory Hotel is a boutique 42-room hotel in Downtown Pittsburgh on the city's North Shore. Pittsburgh's Grand Hall at the Priory is Western Pennsylvania's most historic event venue. Mansions On Fifth Hotel is a boutique luxury hotel in Pittsburgh's East End, located in Shadyside, just minutes from the University of Pittsburgh and Oakland.

Banquet Server

Responsibilities include serving food and beverages, helping prepare the event space, and cleaning up after events. You will work with guests to ensure they are comfortable and relaxed during their time at the banquet. Events are scheduled every Saturday with occasional weekday, Friday, and Sunday events in 2025.

• Serving food and beverages based on banquet menu
• Bussing or clearing plates, silverware, and glassware after each course
• Maintaining cleanliness and sanitary practices
• Anticipating guests' needs and exceeding customer service expectations
• Maintaining composure in a fast-paced environment
• Relaying important information about orders, allergies, and special requests
• Responding urgently to concerns
• Presenting a professional appearance and mannerisms
• Assisting with event setup and breakdown, including setting up and packing away tables, tablecloths, and place settings
• Adhering to safety and quality regulations
• Ability to lift 50-75 pounds and stay on your feet throughout the shift
