Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a Part-Time Server for the Wilmington Convention Center. You will deliver professional catering service to guests to achieve satisfaction and retention.

Responsibilities include pre-event setup, event service, and post-event breakdown, with duties extending to guidance for temporary staff and adherence to grooming standards. Must have a high school diploma or GED and at least 1 year of F&B experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of direct customer service in food & beverage.
• Knowledge of catering services and terminology.

Responsibilities

• Pre-Event: attend pre-function meetings, assist with setup, prepare tables, assist with side work and supplies.
• Event Service: provide friendly guest services, stay at assigned station, relay guest concerns to Banquet Captain/Manager.
• Post-Event: breakdown tables and equipment, return serving pieces to storage, undefined.
• Other Duties: wear proper uniform, adhere to grooming standards, keep front/back of house clean, assist temporary staff, perform other duties.
